These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Ritzify Travel ("we," "us," or "our"), a travel advisory and planning service, and the client (“you,” “your”). By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Services Provided 1.1 We provide travel planning, advice, booking assistance, and itinerary curation services tailored to your preferences. 1.2 All travel arrangements, including transportation, accommodations, and activities, are made through third-party providers. We act solely as an advisor or intermediary.
2. Client Responsibilities 2.1 It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information, including legal names, passport details, visa requirements, medical conditions, and travel preferences. 2.2 You are responsible for reviewing and confirming the accuracy of all travel arrangements, including booking details, prior to payment. 2.3 You must ensure that you meet all entry, visa, vaccination, and health requirements for your travel destinations. 2.4 You are responsible for ensuring that your passport is valid for the required duration as per the destination’s regulations. Failure to meet passport requirements may result in denied boarding or entry.
3. Payment and Fees 3.1 All fees for travel advisory services will be outlined in a formal agreement or invoice prior to commencing work. 3.2 Additional fees for changes, cancellations, or upgrades after bookings may apply. These will be disclosed at the time of request. 3.3 Payments for third-party travel arrangements are subject to the payment terms of the relevant providers.
4. Cancellations and Changes 4.1 Cancellation and refund policies are subject to the terms and conditions of the third-party service providers. We are not responsible for any fees or losses resulting from cancellations or changes. 4.2 If changes or cancellations are initiated by you, any advisory fees incurred will not be refundable.
5. Limitations of Liability 5.1 We are not liable for any delays, cancellations, injuries, losses, or damages resulting from acts of God, war, terrorism, government actions, labor disputes, mechanical failures, or any other events beyond our control. 5.2 We do not guarantee the accuracy or availability of any third-party services. Any issues arising from third-party services must be resolved directly with the service provider. 5.3 We are not responsible for any costs or penalties resulting from your failure to meet entry or health requirements. 5.4 Department of Transportation’s (DOT) hazardous material rules apply to all travel involving the transport of restricted items. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with these regulations. Failure to comply may result in penalties or denied transport.
6. Travel Insurance 6.1 We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected situations such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost luggage. 6.2 It is your responsibility to review and understand the terms of your travel insurance policy.
7. Intellectual Property 7.1 All itineraries, travel plans, and content provided by us remain our intellectual property and are for your personal use only. 7.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or share any materials provided by us without prior written consent.
8. Confidentiality 8.1 We will handle your personal information with care and in accordance with applicable privacy laws. 8.2 You consent to our sharing of necessary personal information with third-party providers to facilitate travel arrangements.
9. Chargebacks and Credit Card Disputes 9.1 By engaging our services, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or credit card disputes for services rendered. 9.2 If you believe there is an error or issue with your payment, you agree to contact us immediately to resolve the matter amicably. 9.3 In the event of an unauthorized chargeback or dispute, we reserve the right to seek reimbursement for any associated fees and to suspend or terminate services.
10. Force Majeure 10.1 We shall not be liable for any failure to perform, or delay in the performance of, any of our obligations under these Terms caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, or government-imposed restrictions. 10.2 In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in adjusting your travel plans but cannot guarantee refunds or rescheduling without additional costs.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution 11.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. 11.2 Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation, and if unresolved, through arbitration or small claims court in [Your Jurisdiction].
